Jaguar Updates F-Pace SUV And Adds 20% More Range To Its PHEV Version For 2024
The Jaguar F-Pace is now more compelling than ever with a richer specification, simplified range, greater range of the P400e plug-in electric hybrid, and an improved infotainment system.
For the 2024 model year, the P400e continues to be the F-Pace electrified choice and now has a larger lithium-ion battery pack comprising nine modules instead of eight, increasing the energy storage capacity to 19.2 kWh. This increases the electric-only range from 53 km to a maximum of 65 km or more than 20%. The improvement also reduces CO2 emissions and fuel consumption, which are now from just 37g/km to 1.6 liters/100km (WLTP TEL).
The P400e’s combined powertrain output of 404 hp. and 640 Nm of torque allows acceleration from 0-100 km/h in just 5.3 seconds.
Jaguar has simplified the model lineup to make choosing an F-Pace easier for buyers, who now get to pick from R-Dynamic S, R-Dynamic SE Black, R-Dynamic HSE Black, 400 Sport, and SVR trim options. All F-Paces feature all-wheel drive and an eight-speed automatic transmission, but only the SVR flagship gets Jaguar’s 542 hp (550 PS) 5.0-liter supercharged V8 engine.
Regardless of trim level, all F-Pace SUVs get 19-inch wheels, a digital instrument cluster, and the Pivi Pro infotainment system with Alexa voice control as well as wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. From R-Dynamic SE onwards, Jaguar throws in glossy black exterior accents as standard. You’ll find them on the side mirror caps, front grille (including surround), window surrounds, and rear badges.
Lastly, an additional Gloss Black finish for exterior elements comes standard from the R-Dynamic SE upward, including on the 550-ps (542 hp) high-performance SVR flagship.
