Talented Ahmad: Meet 18-Year-Old Nigerian Creator Who Built Drivable G-Class SUV From Scratch

It’s never a crime to build your dream Mercedes-Benz G-Class (G-Wagon) when you can’t afford the iconic nameplate. That is the case for Ahmad Etsenumhe, an eighteen-year-old Nigerian creator whose creation, styled like the boxy SUV, has been trending online.

Known widely online as Talented Ahmad, this innovative young creator from Auchi, Edo State, has captured global attention by sharing how he transforms discarded scrap metal into stunning masterpieces on his official TikTok account, @talentedahmad_official.

In a trending automotive feature sweeping through social feeds, Talented Ahmad can be seen taking his G-Class-inspired SUV for a cruise with his pals in the passenger seats. Though the build is not yet complete—lacking windows, a windshield, and a fully furnished interior—its engineering remains highly impressive.

A quick trip to his official page, which has amassed nearly 800,000 followers and millions of views, reveals that the G-Class is not his first project. However, it stands as his most showcased work, having even been featured at a local school exhibition.

His earlier works include a life-sized replica of the Lamborghini Egoista—a concept car famous for its aggressive front styling inspired by a trimaran aircraft nose. Ahmad’s take on the Egoista took him over two years to build, utilizing discarded cardboard from bicycle shops and scrap metal.

“My fascination with Lamborghinis began in my early teens. I remember being captivated by their sleek designs and powerful performance… Over the years, this admiration has only grown, leading me to appreciate the brand’s rich history and engineering excellence,” he said during an exclusive interview with Supercarblondie.

Unfortunately, due to resource limitations, most of his vehicles remain incomplete and in prototype form. To overcome these financial hurdles and bring his visions to life, he has launched a GoFundMe account to support his upcoming builds.
