China’s Jetour G700, G700 Whistling Arrow SUVs showcase off-road capabilities in Moab in United States.
Both the G700 and G700 Whistling Arrow delivered a standout performance on the Moab’s red rock trails in Utah.
Officially launched into the lucrative Nigerian automotive market in February, the G700 is a plug-in hybrid full-size luxury SUV.
The Jetour G700 and the G700 Whistling Arrow premium SUVs from China delivered a standout performance on the Moab’s red rock trails in Utah, during their first public appearance on one of the world’s most iconic off-road terrains.
Ahead of taking to the most iconic off-road terrains in the U.S. to see how it handled the challenging off-road trail, visitors stopped not only for photos but also to explore the driver’s seat of the G700 and G700.
To explore the demanding terrains of Moab in the G700 and G700 Whistling Arrow SUVs, Jetour brand partner and renowned explorer, Hazen Audel, was joined by Jetour’s off-road driving expert, Robby Gordon.
Unlike the G700, the off-road-focused G700 Whistling Arrow boasts roof rack for extra gear, an external spare tire for tougher routes, and protective components for more demanding terrains.
“Against the iconic red rocks of Moab, the G700 and G700 Whistling Arrow delivered a standout presence throughout the event. Off-road action, sweeping views, and hands-on cabin experiences made every moment feel full of energy and adventure,” Jetour wrote.
Officially launched into the lucrative Nigerian automotive market in February 2026, the 5-door Jetour G700 SUV is a plug-in hybrid full-size luxury SUV produced by Chery under the Jetour brand.
The G700 is powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged engine paired with two electric motors, producing a combined 904 horsepower and 1,135 Nm of torque, with acceleration from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 4.6 seconds.
Its plug-in powertrain offers a total driving range of between 497 miles and 621 miles (800-km and 1,000-km). In addition, G700 boasts a wading depth of 900mm and seven intelligent off-road driving modes suitable for diverse terrains
