Porsche And Pixar To Collabo Again

Do you recall Sally? The real-life 911 that shared her name, not the genuine Cars character. Porsche produced a unique vehicle in 2022 that was inspired by Sally Carrera. It was finished in Sally Blue Metallic, had bespoke wheels, and even had her trademark “tattoo” on the rear bumper.

Porsche is now returning to the Pixar world. The manufacturer will unveil three custom vehicles made through its Sonderwunsch program, each inspired by a beloved character: Woody, Jessie, and Buzz Lightyear, in honor of the forthcoming Toy Story 5 movie.

However, the cars themselves are still a secret for the time being. On June 19, 2026, the trio will officially debut at the Toy Story 5 red carpet premiere in Los Angeles. We just have one teaser image (see below) to work with until then, but it still provides some hints.

The image shows three covered Porsches. Two of them appear to be standard 911s from the rear, but the third is different. It hints at a more aggressive design, with a distinctive front end and a daunting rear wing.

Our best guess? Something along the lines of a 911 GT3 Manthey, maybe with styling cues inspired by everyone’s favorite Space Ranger—at least, that’s what we’re hoping. We won’t know for sure until the covers come off later this year

“Collaborating with the Sonderwunsch team has been about interpreting these characters through materials, color, and form—staying true to who they are without being literal,” said Toy Story production designer Bob Pauley. “It’s a design exercise rooted in storytelling.”

Following their red carpet debut, all three cars will go up for sale, with proceeds benefiting non-profit organisations that support children and communities in need.
