Mercedes-Benz Group Sold 525,300 Vehicles In Q3 2025, 1.6 Million Units Year-to-date
Mercedes-Benz Group sold 525,300 Vehicles between July and September (Q3 2025), 1.6 million vehicles year-to-date.
In Q3, Mercedes-Benz Cars sales reached 441,500 vehicles (-12%) while Mercedes-Benz Vans delivered 83,800 vehicles (-8%).
Top-End vehicle sales in Q3 increased by 10% to 67,800 vehicles driven by the G-Class and the flagship S-Class family.
Mercedes-Benz Group sold 525,300 cars and vans between July and end of September (down 12 percent versus Q3 2024) while its year-to-date sales reached (1.6 million (1,601,600) vehicles (down 9 percent versus 2024).
In Q3, Mercedes-Benz Cars sales reached 441,500 vehicles (-8%), including 42,600 Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs) driven by the first deliveries of the electric CLA in Europe while Plug-In-Hybrid sales increased by 20% to 96,300 units (+10%).
Top-End vehicle sales in Q3 increased by 10% to 67,800 vehicles driven by the G-Class and the flagship S-Class family. Year-to-date, Mercedes-Benz Cars sold 197,700 (0%) Top-End vehicles while Core and Entry reached 249,800 and 123,800 vehicles respectively.

“Overall, we continue to see good demand for our Top-End vehicles and to receive excellent feedback for the electric CLA which led EV sales to rise by 22% on the quarter. Our new products are creating fresh momentum and enthusiasm, setting the stage for further sales growth,” said Mathias Geisen, who heads the Marketing & Sales department for Mercedes Group.
Mercedes-Benz Vans delivered 83,800 vehicles (-8%) with 8,600 electric vans (+96%) between July and September and sold 260,200 units (-13%) year-to-date with 20,200 electric vans – a 61% increase over the year-earlier period.
Of the total Mercedes-Benz van sales in Q3 2025, 57,900 units went to Europe (26,800 to Germany), 6,800 units to Asia (26,800 to China), North America got 11,300 units (9,400 to US) while the rest of the world got 7,800 vans.
“In Europe, the share of electric vehicles accounted for 14% of our van sales during the third quarter, highlighting that our commitment to EVs is resonating with customers and contributing to steady growth,” Sagree Sardien, Head of Mercedes-Benz Vans Sales & Marketing.
