Miami Beach Police Department (MBPD) adds Rolls-Royce Ghost worth N800 million to its patrol vehicle fleet.

The undeniably eye-catching one-of-a-kind police cruiser comes kitted with police lights and sirens.

Without the added police kits options, a 2023 Rolls Royce Ghost sells for about $400,000 (or about N800m in Nigeria).

Latest addition donated by Florida dealership, Braman Motors, is part of an effort to attract new recruits to the Police Department.

The Miami Beach Police Department (MBPD) has added a Rolls-Royce Ghost ultra-luxury sedan to its patrol fleet as part of an effort to attract new recruits to the force.

Unveiled this Thursday, the undeniably eye-catching one-of-a-kind police cruiser comes kitted with police lights and sirens. Without the added police kits, a Rolls Royce Ghost sells for about $400,000 (or about N800m in Nigeria).

The Miami Beach Police Department notes that Rolls-Royce wasn’t acquired with tax payers money but a gift from Florida dealership, Braman Motors.

“Note: This vehicle is part of Braman Motors’ fleet, and they sponsored all costs associated with this project in accordance with the CMB Policy,” Miami Beach Police Department said in the video caption.

Speaking with WSVN (channel 7), Miami Beach Police Chief Wayne Jones said :

“This is top-of-the-line. This is the best you can get as far as it relates to vehicles. The police department is the best there is in the country,”

“Recruiting police officers in this country today is a difficult thing to do. Using this car to help us do recruitment is gonna be great.”
