Advantages and disadvantages of buying your car from USA and shipping it into Nigeria

Disadvantages:

• It takes average of 8 weeks for your car to get to Nigeria.
• Transit risks, which include lost car keys, lost documents, delay due to weather, possible damage to the body of the car especially when containerized etc.  However, these risks hardly occur.
• You may not be able to inspect the car yourself.
• Frustration may arise due to bureaucratic processes of foreign organizations and Nigeria Customs.
