Porsche Handed Over 71,470 Cars To Customers Worldwide Between January And March 2025 - autojosh

Porsche AG delivered 71,470 sports cars (-8 percent) to customers worldwide between January and March 2025.

38.5 percent of the total sales were electrified vehicles that is made up of 25.9% all-electric vehicles and 12.6% plug-in hybrids.

Panamera recorded the strongest growth among Porsche’s six model series, with an increase of 27 percent.





With 23,555 examples (+14 percent) sold from January to March, the Macan was Porsche’s best-selling model in Q1.

Porsche AG said a total of 71,470 sports cars (-8 percent) were handed over to customers worldwide between January and March 2025, adding that 38.5 per cent of the total sales were electrified vehicles that is made up of 25.9% all-electric vehicles and 12.6% plug-in hybrids.

The Stuttgart sports car manufacturer said that the Panamera recorded the strongest growth among its six model series, with an increase of 27 per cent while deliveries of the Macan grew by 14 per cent.

With 23,555 examples (+14 percent) sold from January to March, the Macan was Porsche’s best-selling model in Q1, with over 60 per cent of the sales (14,185 vehicles) being the all-electric variant.





The new Panamera also performed well with 7,769 deliveries (+27 percent) in the first quarter while 11,390 examples of the iconic 911 sports car were also delivered, a decline of 12 percent due to the strong final sales of the predecessor model last year.

4,498 examples (-22 percent) of the 718 Boxster and 718 Cayman were delivered from January to March while 4,203 customers got the Taycan (-1 percent). Also, 20,055 examples of the Cayenne was handed over to customers, a decline of 28 percent.

With 20,698 (+37 percent) deliveries, North America was the largest sales region followed by Europe (excluding Germany) with 18,017 (-10 percent) deliveries while 7,495 customers (-34 percent) were able to take delivery of their vehicles in home market of Germany.

A total of 15,789 cars (+6 percent) were handed over to customers in Overseas and Emerging Markets while 9,471 cars (-42 percent) were handed over to customers in China due to the continuing tense economic situation in the Chinese market.
