The 2027 Chevrolet Silverado EV returns with minor price hikes: $400 for Work Truck trims and $200 for LT and Trail Boss models. No major design changes are expected, though the 4LT and RST Stars and Stripes trims have been discontinued.

Although this represents a modest price increase, it impacts the Silverado EV’s utilitarian lineup more significantly. Nevertheless, Chevrolet’s commitment to maintaining the Silverado EV model stands in contrast to competitors such as Ford, which has discontinued its full-sized electric truck.

Please be advised that the aforementioned pricing for the 2027 Chevrolet Silverado EV does not include destination fees. According to an order guide obtained by Cars Direct, these adjustments are marginal, resulting in only minor modifications to the established price structure.

Beyond these pricing adjustments, there is no official confirmation regarding the long-term production outlook for the Chevrolet Silverado EV. While competitors such as Ford have discontinued their full-sized electric truck offerings and RAM is pivoting toward range-extended electric vehicles (REEVs), Chevrolet remains committed to its current electric truck architecture.

Alongside these price adjustments, Chevrolet is streamlining the 2027 Silverado EV lineup by discontinuing the 4LT and RST Stars and Stripes trims. Consequently, excluding the Trail Boss variant, the Silverado EV model range will feature a more simplified selection for the upcoming model year.
