CarlohaCare 6-6-7: Carloha Nigeria Launches Nationwide Emergency Roadside Assistance

Carloha Nigeria, the authorised distributor of Chery vehicles in Nigeria, launches CarlohaCare 6-6-7 Rescue Initiative.
Emergency roadside assistance now available nationwide—extended to non-Chery owners for a limited period.
Carloha Nigeria, the authorised distributor of Chery vehicles in Nigeria, today announced the launch of the CarlohaCare 6-6-7 Rescue Initiative, a comprehensive emergency roadside assistance programme designed to provide prompt and professional support to motorists experiencing vehicle breakdowns on highways and major roads across the country, free of charge.
The programme reinforces Carloha Nigeria’s commitment to delivering an exceptional vehicle ownership experience by ensuring that trained rescue professionals are available around the clock, whenever and wherever they are needed.
A Dedicated Rescue Team at Your Fingertips
Through a dedicated emergency hotline, motorists can reach the CarlohaCare Rescue team by dialling 07000 667 667. Upon receiving a distress call, a professionally trained rescue crew is dispatched to provide immediate assistance for a wide range of roadside emergencies.
Response times vary depending on location and road accessibility. Every distress call receives a professional dispatch, ensuring that no stranded motorist is left without support.
The 6-6-7 Promise: From the Showroom to the Roadside
The Rescue Initiative is the latest extension of Carloha Nigeria’s award-winning CarlohaCare 6-6-7 after-sales package, which earned the company the title of “Most Outstanding Aftersales Car Company” at the Nigeria Auto Journalists Association (NAJA) Awards.
The “6-6-7” package comprises a 6-year manufacturer’s warranty, 6 years of free scheduled maintenance, and a 7-day repair promise—under which customers receive a courtesy vehicle if repairs exceed seven working days due to parts availability or other qualifying circumstances. The Rescue Initiative extends this industry-leading commitment beyond the workshop and onto the open road.
The CarlohaCare 6-6-7 Rescue initiative was originally intended to serve Chery customers in Nigeria. However, in order to ensure that Mr. Samson Akinbowale, After-sales Manager at Carloha Nigeria, highlighted the initiative’s impact on customer confidence.
According to him, “Vehicle breakdowns can occur unexpectedly and often create stressful situations for motorists. With the CarlohaCare 6-6-7 Rescue Initiative, our customers can enjoy peace of mind knowing that a dedicated team of trained professionals is available around the clock to provide prompt assistance whenever they need it. Beyond rescue operations, we are also offering on-location maintenance support to help reduce downtime for both individual customers and fleet operators.”
In the same vein, Mr. Felix Mahan, General Manager of Marketing at Carloha Nigeria, described the initiative as a natural evolution of the company’s customer-centric approach.
According to Mahan, “The CarlohaCare 6-6-7 Rescue Initiative is an extension of our vision to provide a superior ownership experience and eliminate the worries that come with vehicle ownership. We want every Chery owner to know that help is always just a phone call away.”
Extending a Helping Hand to the Wider Motoring Community
In a significant move, Carloha Nigeria has also announced that, for a limited period, the roadside rescue service will be extended to owners of non-Chery vehicles, subject to operational capacity. Chery customers will continue to receive priority attention during periods of high demand.
“We have the team, the trucks, and the expertise,” Mr. Mahan added. “When our rescue fleet has capacity to spare, it is our responsibility to put those resources to work keeping Nigeria’s roads moving—regardless of what brand a stranded motorist drives.
This is an unprecedented industry-first for Nigeria. By extending these free rescue services to both our clients and users of competing brands, we are demonstrating a firm commitment to elevating overall safety on Nigerian roads.”
Non-Chery motorists requiring assistance can call the same hotline (07000 667 667) and check eligibility at the time of request. For the latest updates on service availability and coverage areas, motorists are encouraged to follow Carloha Nigeria’s official social media channels and visit the company’s website.
More Than Rescue: On-Location Maintenance Included
Beyond emergency towing, the initiative offers on-location maintenance and technical support for fleet operators and individual customers, subject to applicable service charges. This means fewer trips to the workshop, reduced vehicle downtime, and a significantly improved ownership experience—free from the constant fear of being stranded with no help in sight.
