The newly unveiled 2020 Toyota Corolla sedan is the 12th generation of the bestselling car of all time.





The tech-filled car, which seats on Toyota’s New Global Architecture (TNGA),is set to compete with the likes of Honda Civic, Hyundai Elantra and Volkswagen Jetta.

But how different is the redesigned Toyota Corolla sedan compare to the model it will replace?

Interior

Like the exterior, the completely redesigned interior now has a 7.0-inch touchscreen display in the base model and a 8.0-inch touchscreen in other trims.

Infotainment /Touchscreen

The new model now has a standard Toyota multimedia Entune 3.0 Audio that includes six speakers, Apple CarPlay, Amazon Alexa, Entune 3.0 App Suite Connect, Wi-Fi connect, Siri Eyes Free, auxiliary audio jack and USB 2.0 port with iPod connectivity and control, AM/FM and MP3/WMA playback capability

Engine

The 2020 Corolla is powered by two engines. The L, LE, and XLE sedans are powered by the same 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine found in the old model ,but with more horsepower and better fuel efficiency while the SE and XSE sedans comes with the all-new 2.0-liter Dynamic-Force direct-injection four-cylinder engine.
