A Tesla Model S batteries explodes as the car crashes into a tree in downtown Indianapolis, USA, killing the 27 year-old female driver and her 44 year old passenger.
This is not the first time we have heard about Tesla accidents and fatalities. However, the way the batteries turned into fireworks is shocking to many.
