Woman demands another Mercedes-Benz GLE SUV after being damaged by an overturned diesel tanker in Ibadan.

SUV suffered dents and scratches on the driver’s side door and fender, which can fixed at Auto Body Shops, according to users.

A businesswoman has demanded a replacement for her black Mercedes-Benz GLE SUV after being damaged by a tyre of an overturned fully loaded 33,000-litre diesel tanker in Ibadan, Oyo State.

While no loss of life was reported in the incident, the overturned diesel tanker left a large dent on the Mercedes-Benz SUV and spilled its content across the roadway on the Akala Expressway in Ibadan Oyo State.

In a video shared by Oyo Affairs and sighted by Autojosh, the visibly distressed woman explained that the truck driver was at fault, noting that her SUV was parked in front of her store at the time of crash.

As seen from the footage, the woman’s Mercedes-Benz GLE suffered a large dent and scratches on the driver’s side door and fender, which can easily be fixed at Auto Body Shops, according to users who commented on the posts.

Reacting to users who said that the damage isn’t a “Total Loss”, she insisted on getting another car from the truck owner, noting that the damage done to her black Mercedes-Benz GLE SUV is not fixable.

“Do you all remember the Benz GLE owner who insisted on a brand-new car after surviving that tanker accident along Akala Express in Ibadan yesterday? Well, she’s still insisting on it,” Oyo Affairs said in another update, after the woman reported the case at the police station.
