A 2-wheel cart chained to the wheels of Toyota Prado has divided opinions amongst netizens.

A trending video posted online showing a two-wheel cart chained to the wheels of a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado ultra-luxury SUV has divided opinions amongst netizens.

In the video shared, the two-wheeler, like the type used by by scavengers (aka Iron Condemn) to ferry their goods around, was seen chained to the wheels of the Toyota Prado.

While some believe the cart was chained to the wheels of SUV to prevent it from being stolen, others are of the opinion that the truck scratched the Prado and the car owner chained it to vehicle to stop the cart owner from escaping.
