Just when you think you have seen it all….
A Nigerian driver risk arrest and vehicle impoundment after been filmed driving an 18-wheeler semi-trailer truck with a smashed windshield and crumpled top that causes obstruction to the driver’s view.
But the driver is not expected to driver for long before being apprehended by the officers of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) for driving a un-roadworthy vehicle, which not only endangers his life but that of other road users.
