Criminals Use Vintage Bentley To Smuggle $106M Worth Of Cocaine, Meth, From Canada Into Australia
Police in Australia found $106m worth of illegal drugs, including Cocaine, concealed inside a Vintage Bentley.
During an x-ray examination, 355 lbs of crystal Meth was found to be stuffed behind the headlights.
132 pounds of cocaine was also discovered after the car was partially dismantled by the Specialist police.


Criminal Groups Squad detectives have charged four people over their alleged roles in the importation of illicit drugs worth more than AU$155m (US$106 million), which was hidden inside a vintage Bentley that was shipped from Canada.
Acting on intelligence, Australian Border Force (ABF) officers examined a shipping container consignment, which was declared to contain a 1960 vintage Bentley S2.

During the x-ray examinations, crystal Meth was found to be stuffed behind the headlights, while cocaine was also discovered after the vintage Bentley was partially dismantled.
After the discovery, the British-made car was reassembled to let it continue its journey to the alleged drug traffickers’ address, according to a statement by the police.

Following extensive inquiries, strike force detectives executed a search warrant at a home at Rooty Hill, during which two men were arrested while stripping the Bentley in a garage.
During the search, police seized the Bentley and a Ford Focus, along with mobile phones and a computer, while a number of tools, including an angle grinder, were forensically examined at the scene.


Both men – aged 22 and 23 – have been charged with importing commercial quantities of border-controlled drugs and dealing with property proceeds of crime.
As part of additional inquiries, Police stopped a Toyota Prado traveling down a nearby highway, during which 2.2kg of crystal meth and more than $758,000 in cash were discovered in the vehicle. The male driver and a female passenger – both aged 25 – were arrested and charged.
