From Davido’s Maybach And Pagani To $40m Ferrari, Here Are Cars ‘Emirates SkyCargo’ Has Transported

Emirates SkyCargo’s offering, ‘Emirates SkyWheels’, at the weekend, flew Davido’s Mercedes-Maybach into Nigeria. 

SkyWheels was launched to provide customers a complete transportation solution for classic, luxury and sports cars.

It offers complete round trip handling of vehicles under both Premium and Advanced products.

Emirates SkyCargo has also transported Pagani Zonda F from Dubai to Pagani factory in Italy for a service.

It has also transported a collection of rare classic Ferrari cars, including 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO worth over $40 million.

Last week, multiple award-winning Nigerian singer David Adeleke, known professionally as Davido, took to his InstaStory to announce the arrival of his Mercedes-Maybach S-Class By Virgil Abloh.

Instead of using shipping services, Davido employed the services of Emirates SkyCargo, the freight division of Emirates airline, to help transport his exclusive one-of-150 Mercedes-Maybach into the country.

But Emirates SkyCargo is no stranger to transporting high value cars like Davido’s Maybach as its offering ‘Emirates SkyWheels’ has also transported an exclusive Pagani Zonda F super car from Dubai to Pagani factory in Italy for a service.

Emirates SkyWheels was launched in 2006 to provide customers a complete transportation solution for vehicles such as classic, luxury and sports cars. It offers complete round trip handling of vehicles under both Premium and Advanced products.

Emirates SkyCargo has also transported a collection of rare classic Ferrari cars to Dubai for an event. One of the cars that was flown into Dubai was a classic 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO estimated to be worth over $40 million.

Other cars that have been transported by Emirates airline’s Emirates SkyCargo includes a 1955 Ferrari 250 GT Competizione Berlinetta Sport Speciale and a rare 1965 Ferrari 275 GTB Competizione.
