A James Bond fan, known simply as “akm”, has splashed $201,007 on an engine-less replica of Aston Martin DB5 that is jampacked with all the gadget seen in the 007’s iconic vehicle.
The 1:1-scale model is the spitting image of the spy’s silver Aston Martin DB5 coupe that was first driven by legendary star Sean Connery in 1964 James Bond classic movie, Goldfinger.
Handmade from fiberglass, the only thing that separates the replica car and original DB5 is its lack of powertrain and engine — meaning it is not drivable.
