Xiaomi SU7 Ultra Spotted At Ferrari Factory Ahead Of Launch Of The Italian Brand’s First-ever Electric Car
Chinese-made Xiaomi SU7 Ultra spotted at Ferrari factory in Italy ahead of Prancing Horse’s first-ever electric car launch.
Ferrari’s official acquisition of the record-breaking Xiaomi SU7 Ultra sedan for benchmarking isn’t a surprise.
Since its unveiling, SU7 Ultra has set a new benchmarks for speed and power – thanks to its advanced electric architecture.


Ferrari appears to have acquired a Xiaomi SU7 Ultra for an internal research for its upcoming electric car after one of the premium Chinese-made electric vehicle was seen exiting Prancing Horse’s Maranello factory in Bologna, Italy.
According to a post by “Sago soup in Bologna” (西米露在博洛尼亚) seen by Autojosh on Chinese microblogging website, Weibo, the Italian sports car manufacturer officially purchased the SU7 Ultra to study its electric platform.




“A few days ago, my friend was taking pictures of cars at the entrance of the Ferrari factory as usual, and found that a Xiaomi SU7 Ultra actually drove out of the Ferrari factory.”
“It was later confirmed that this SU7 Ultra was officially purchased by Ferrari for testing and development of the next-generation pure electric platform,” said the blogger.
Ferrari’s acquisition of the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra for benchmarking isn’t a surprise. Since its unveiling last year, the SU7 Ultra has set an entirely new benchmarks for speed, power and luxury – thanks to its performance specifications and advanced electric architecture.



This sighting comes a month after a Xiaomi SU7 Ultra production model equipped with the optional track package smashed the fastest four-door car lap record at the Nürburgring Nordschleife in Germany.
Xiaomi SU7 Ultra is powered by two V8s and one V6s e-motors. This powertrain delivers 1,548 PS, allowing it to reach 60 mph (100 km/h) in just 1.98 seconds, 124 mph (0-200 km/h) in only 5.96 seconds and a maximum speed that can exceed 350 km/h.
