2023 Limited Edition Audi RS E-Tron GT Project_513/2 Gives Off Concept Vibes
As if the Audi RS e-tron were somehow not special enough, Audi decided to take things a step further with a special, limited edition project_513/2 version of the RS e-tron GT.
Created by Audi of America and Audi exclusive, the 2023 RS e-tron GT project_513/2 is a mouthful but the automaker says its exclusivity is “underlined by leveraging the internal code name as a special edition.” The Project_513/2, whose name refers to the car’s internal development code, is limited to just 75 units destined solely for the US market.
The model will be offered exclusively in the United States and it features a head-turning exterior with red accents and an “e-tron camouflage script.” The car is also the first production Audi to have red rings front and rear.
Red accents also appear on the lower front fascia, air curtain fangs on the front bumper, rear diffuser, and rocker panels. Audi Exclusive applied dark gray graphics to the metallic black paintwork, including geometric elements that resemble a DC charger and a battery icon, as well as a particle-glitch “e” motif recalling the company’s electric-specific E-Tron branding. Capping off the wild design with some subtlety is a Project_513/2 logo etched into the rear quarter glass.
The interior doesn’t go unaltered, with Audi playing heavily on the red and black theme. The air vents, for example, are finished in the same red as the Audi rings outside, with the scarlet accent also employed on the steering wheel, floor mats, and honeycomb-stitched fine Nappa leather seat quilting and accent panels. The seatbelts are also finished in red. Other touches include a Dinamica headliner under a carbon fiber roof, carbon fiber exterior door inlays, and carbon fiber mirror caps. The door sills are also of the sixth element and feature an illuminated RS logo.
Like all RS E-Tron GTs, the special edition is powered by a dual-motor powertrain generating a peak 637 hp, or enough for 0-60 mph acceleration in 3.1 seconds.
