South Africa-based SVI Launches ₦35 Million Level B4 Armor Package For Toyota Land Cruiser 300
South Africa-based SVI Engineering launches advanced Level B4 armour package for Toyota Land Cruiser 300 SUV.
360-degree B4 armouring package provides protection against handguns and is the ideal anti-hijack solution.
B4 armouring solution for the LC 300 is priced from around $41k (₦35m), and the build time is set at approximately 3 months.

SVI Engineering, a South Africa-based armoured products specialist, has launched a new Level B4 discreet armor package for the Toyota Land Cruiser 300, following the launch of its AK-47-proof B6 LC 300 Series last year.
According to the Bashewa-based firm, this new 360-degree B4 armouring package provides protection against handguns up to a .44 Magnum and is the ideal anti-hijack solution.

“Having taken delivery of one of the very first Land Cruiser 300s to enter the South African market back in 2021, our development process has been nothing short of rigorous,” said SVI Business Development Director Nicol Louw.
“While we’ve since armored several units to Level B6, this is the first example of our further-improved Level B4 solution, here applied to the Japanese brand’s menacing GR Sport derivative.”

Upgrades from the B4 package include overlaps around all door closures, the windscreen, the rear screen and all windows, as well as as 21 mm ballistic glass, which replaces all standard windows.
The 360-degree B4 armouring solution for the Toyota Land Cruiser 300 is priced from around $41,000 (₦35 million, excluding VAT), and the company set the build time at approximately three months.

Customers can also choose from the list of options such as B4 roof armour, B4 floor armour, a PA system, heavy-duty runflat rings for the tyres and SVI’s recently launched luxury-seat conversion package.
SVI also offers B6 protection package for Toyota Land Cruiser 300, which provides protection against assault rifles, including R1, R5, and AK47) and sells for approximately $56,000 (about ₦47 million, excluding VAT).
