Nigerian Eagle (NG Eagle) Conducts Maiden Commercial Flight From Abuja To Lagos
New Nigerian carrier, Nigerian Eagle (operating as NG Eagle) conducts maiden commercial flight from Abuja to Lagos.
NG Eagle employed an Airbus A320 to operate the inaugural 1 hour and fifteen min service between Abuja and Lagos.
NG Eagle was reportedly set up in 2019 by AMCON, with the initial goal to begin passenger flights in 2021.

The Nigerian Eagle, a new Nigerian carrier operating as NG Eagle, on Sunday December 10th operated its maiden commercial flight from the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport Abuja to the Murtala Muhammadu Airport Lagos.
According to the NG Eagle website, the airline employed an Airbus A320 to operate the inaugural one hour and fifteen minutes service between Abuja and Lagos.

Ahead of its inaugural service on Sunday, Capt. Dare, managing director at NG Eagle in a press statement noted that the airline has prepared meticulously to enhanced connectivity and convenience to travelers.
“The forthcoming inaugural flight of NG Eagle represents an incredible milestone for us, embodying our dedication to revolutionizing travel experiences while reflecting the rich values of the Naija Spirit. We are thrilled to commence this journey and offer passengers an extraordinary flying experience.”

“Our team has worked tirelessly to ensure all our systems and processes are in place, and we are thrilled to announce that NG Eagle Airline is now ready to take flight – connecting you to the people and places that matter the most to you,” he explained.
NG Eagle was reportedly set up in 2019 by the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON), a government agency set up in 2010 to recover debts, with the initial goal to begin passenger flights in 2021.
