Rolls-Royce Showcases Phantom Regatta, Ghost Savile Row, And Spectre Series II At Goodwood 2026

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars is celebrating its highly bespoke presence at the 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed (July 9–12) with the UK debut of the Spectre Series II and its most powerful counterpart, the Black Badge Spectre Series II.
Displayed on the Festival’s Laundry Green—adjacent to Goodwood House—alongside the Spectre Series II and Black Badge Spectre Series II, are a series of distinctive Bespoke commissions across Phantom Extended, Ghost Extended, and Cullinan.
Spectre Series II, Black Badge Spectre Series II
Making its UK public debut at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed is a Spectre Series II finished in a two-tone Dark Emerald and Black Diamond. Meanwhile, its alter ego, the Black Badge Spectre Series II, is finished in Ethereal Blue with striking red brake calipers.
With 671-hp through Infinity Mode and up to 1100Nm torque in Spirited Mode, the Black Badge Spectre Series II remains the most powerful Rolls-Royce ever created.
Phantom Regatta
Also making its UK public debut at the Festival of Speed is the Phantom Regatta, a one-of-one commission that pays tribute to the racing yachts of the English South Coast and to the regattas they contest each summer on the Solent.
Based on the Phantom Extended, the Phantom Regatta is finished in Regatta Blue—a deep marine tone—over an English White finish along the lower bodywork, a hand-laid two-tone treatment that recalls the line where a yacht’s hull meets the water.
Ghost Savile Row
Also on display is the Ghost Savile Row, a bespoke one-of-one Ghost Extended commission celebrating the historic ties between Rolls-Royce Motor and Londons renowned tailoring district, Savile Row.
Inspired by the art and craft of tailoring, the Ghost Savile Row is finished in two-tone Midnight Sapphire over English White exterior inspired by a classic navy-blue suit paired with a white dress shirt.
Cullinan Bohemian Sunset
Rounding up the distinctive bespoke commissions on display is the Cullinan Bohemian Sunset. Presented in Iced Silver Haze with a Mandarin coachline, this masterpiece draws inspiration from the changing colours of the sky at dusk.
One of the highlights inside is the Bespoke Starlight Headliner, which transitions from orange to blue, mirroring the changing colours of the sky that inspired the commission.
