Eccentrica V12 Roadster Reimagines Lamborghini Diablo As A Roofless Supercar, Limited To 19 Units

San Marino-based restomodder Eccentrica Cars has unveiled its Lamborghini Diablo-based V12 Roadster, its second model following the V12 Coupé, which is also based on the iconic 1990s supercar.
Founded by Lamborghini collector Emanuel Colombini, Eccentrica’s V12 Roadster is based on the first-generation Lamborghini Diablo, but features more than 3,500 bespoke components and a re-engineered 5.7-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine.

The V12 Roadster was developed by Eccentrica’s team, led by Maurizio Reggiani, Lamborghini’s former Chief Technical Officer and the engineer behind iconic models including the Murciélago, Gallardo, Aventador, and Huracán.
To preserve the unmistakable silhouette of the original Lamborghini Diablo, Eccentrica’s team crafted the V12 Roadster’s body entirely from steel and carbon fiber while widening its track for a more planted posture.

Powering the V12 Roadster is a re-engineered 5.7-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine producing 550 horsepower and 600 Nm of torque. It enables the open-top V12 supercar to sprint from 0–62 mph in 3.8 seconds and reach a top speed of 335 km/h (208 mph).
Inside, Eccentrica’s V12 roadster is outfitted with premium Connolly leather, Alcantara fabrics, retro-styled digital pixel dashboards, anodized materials, and exposed carbon fiber.

Like the V12 Coupé, production will be limited to just 19 examples, with each car individually configured through a bespoke tailoring process in collaboration with its owner. The open-top supercar will make its public debut on August 14, 2026, at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, during Monterey Car Week.
“The Eccentrica V12 was our opening statement. The Roadster is the next chapter; more exposed, more immediate, more demanding. No roof. No filter. Nothing between you and the machine”, shares Founder Emanuel Colombini.
