Mercedes-Maybach Likes Fan’s First Drive Photos Of The New V12 Mercedes-Maybach S-Class


Last week, Russian-born automotive enthusiast Alan Enileev shared an Instagram photoshoot taken during his first drive of the flawless, all-new 2027 Mercedes-Maybach S 680 ultra-luxury sedan (starting at $247,000), which was captured during his collaboration with Mercedes-Benz USA.
After sharing the photos to his Instagram page, Enileev asked his more than 2 million followers, “What do you think of this beauty? Would you choose it over the BMW 7 Series or the Audi A8?” He also promised to share footage of the first drive.

As expected, photos of the new pinnacle of the luxury saloon range were liked by many, including Mercedes-Maybach, which later shared Enileev’s work—done in partnership with Andi Cher (Carrespondent)—to its official Instagram page.
“In our incredible automotive industry, it’s always a very special feeling when a manufacturer chooses to share your work. For me, it’s one simple but very meaningful sign that you’re moving in the right direction on this amazing journey called life 😌” he added while appreciating Mercedes-Maybach’s gesture.

First unveiled in March, the all-new Mercedes-Maybach S-Class is available in three variants : The S 580, the S 580 e with EQ Hybrid Technology and the range-topping S 680—the latter tested by Enileev and offered in selected markets with the celebrated 6.0-liter turbocharged V12 with 621 hp and 664 lb-ft.
Finished in the two-tone body paint, the new Mercedes‑Maybach S-Class now boast a larger Maybach grille, an illuminated standing star, C-pillars—with illuminated Maybach emblems on each side, and a new 20-inch/21-inch Maybach multi-spoke forged wheels with a new upright floating Mercedes-Benz star.



Inside, a standard MBUX Superscreen unites a 14.4-inch central touchscreen, a 12.3-inch passenger display and a 12.3-inch instrument cluster. Rear seat passengers also gets two 13.1‑inch displays that offer intuitive command of climate, blinds and rear‑seat entertainment with effortless clarity.
While thanking Enileev and Mercedes-Benz USA for the opportunity to spend a day behind the wheel and in the back seat of the flagship car, Andi Cher (Carrespondent) said that it was only when he swapped seats that he truly understood what a Maybach is all about.
