EFCC Arrests 64 Suspected Internet Fraudsters In Osun, Recovers 18 Exotic Cars, 5 Motorcycles

EFCC arrests 64 suspected internet fraudsters in Osun following intelligence on their suspicious fraudulent activities.
Anti-graft agency said 18 exotic vehicles and five motorcycles were recovered from the suspects.
Others items recovered were 18 laptops, 112 mobile phones, 3 Play Station games and incriminating documents.
Investigators of the Ibadan Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested sixty-four (64) suspected internet fraudsters in Osun State.
The suspected cybercriminals were arrested in Ede, Osun State on Wednesday May 8th 2024, following actionable intelligence on their suspicious fraudulent activities in their environs.
Items recovered from the suspects includes five motorcycles and 18 exotic vehicles, including Mercedes-Benz GLK, Toyota Camry and Lexus RX Crossover SUV.
Other items recovered includes 18 laptops, 112 mobile phones, three Play Station games and incriminating documents among others.
