From Phantom Centenary Private Collection To Cullinan Cosmos, Here Are The Bespoke Rolls-Royce Commissions From 2025
From Phantom Centenary Private Collection to Cullinan Cosmos, here are the bespoke Rolls-Royce commissions From 2025.

Last year, bespoke commissions from Rolls-Royce Private Offices around the world more than doubled year-on-year, with every bespoke creation reflecting not only its owner’s vision but also the craftsmanship, design and engineering of the marque’s Bespoke Collective.
“In 2025, Rolls-Royce Bespoke reached new creative and technical heights, extending far beyond traditional boundaries,” said Chris Brownridge, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.

“Our clients’ increasing interest and engagement in more ambitious commissions are realised in our joint pursuit of perfection. Every motor car is a singular expression of its owner’s vision, and together they reflect the spirit of innovation, craft, and cultural fluency that defines Rolls-Royce today.”
Below are the finest examples of Bespoke craftsmanship, design and engineering, completed by the Luxury House during 2025.
Phantom Centenary Private Collection

Finished in a Bespoke two-tone exterior paint, the Phantom Centenary Private Collection was created to honour 100 years of the Phantom nameplate.
Strictly limited to 25 examples, this landmark collection represents the most technologically complex and creatively ambitious Private Collection motor car in Rolls-Royce history.
Spectre Bailey

Curated through Private Office New York, the one-of-a-kind Spectre Bailey was inspired by a commissioning clients’ beloved dog, a Labrador-Golden Retriever mix of the same name.
“Spectre Bailey is everything we hoped for and more… it’s a joyful tribute to our loyal companion,” said the commissioning client of the Rolls-Royce Spectre Bailey.
Cullinan Cosmos

Finished in sparkling Arabescato Pearl, the space-themed Cullinan Cosmos was created for a family who shares a fascination for the universe with their four-year-old son.
But the highlight is the hand-painted Starlight Headliner that depicts an ethereal interpretation of the Milky Way. The painting was painstakingly developed over 160 hours by an in-house Rolls-Royce artist.
Phantom Extended Cherry Blossom

In April, Rolls-Royce presented the bespoke Phantom ‘Cherry Blossom’ commissioned by a Japanese client and inspired by the ‘Hanami’ (flower viewing), a Japanese tradition of viewing cherry blossoms in the spring.
According to marque, the unnamed client wished to create their highly Bespoke Phantom as a legacy and experience to be passed down through the generations in their family, evoking the same spirit as Hanami itself.
Black Badge Cullinan Daisy

Inspired by wildflowers seen on a favourite trail in the High Tatras mountains, the Black Badge Cullinan Daisy was commissioned by a client with a lifelong passion for hiking.
Inside, Daisy motif appears on the headrests and concealed as a delicate design on the underside of the umbrellas while bespoke Starlight Headliner charts constellations in the client’s native northern latitudes.
Black Badge Ghost Gamer

The ‘Rolls-Royce Black Badge Ghost Gamer’ is a bespoke commission inspired by the 8-bit universe of vintage video games. It was commissioned by a tech entrepreneur with a deep passion for early arcade culture.
Black Badge Ghost Gamer reimagines the 8-bit aesthetics of vintage video games with its bespoke features, including its striking two-tone finish, with the main body in Salamanca Blue and the upper body in deep-shimmer Crystal over Diamond Black.
Phantom Dentelle

One-off Rolls-Royce Phantom Dentelle, a bespoke two-tone creation through its Private Office Dubai, was commissioned by a Middle Eastern client as a gift for their father.
Based on the the Phantom Extended, the one-off Phantom Dentelle takes inspiration from a piece of couture lace – with its intricate textures forming the creative foundation for both the interior and exterior treatment.
Phantom Dragon

Commissioned by a discerning client from China, the one-of-one Phantom Dragon was created to celebrate the conclusion to the lunar Year of the Dragon, which began on February 10th 2024 (Chinese New Year).
One of the highlights inside is the stunning Bespoke Starlight Headliner depicting an abstract representation of two dragons – a majestic celestial composition that comprises 768 red and 576 white fibre-optic lights.
Chinese Mural Art Tribute

Inspired by the ancient Chinese mural paintings of Dunhuang, the trio of bespoke cars includes Phantom Extended, Black Badge Cullinan, and Black Badge Spectre – all commissioned through the marque’s invitation-only Private Office Shanghai.
All three bespoke Rolls-Royce cars share a recurring design motif named Silken Spirit. The artwork, conceived by Private Office Shanghai Bespoke Designer, Shuai Feng, is inspired by the Spirit of Ecstasy and the flowing forms of imperial silk.
Spectre Soulmate

Rolls-Royce said this deeply personal commission was created to honour a couple’s extraordinary shared journey – “Born in the same hospital, they came together later in life and built significant success while raising a child.”
Finished with a hand-painted coachline selected by their daughter, the Spectre Soulmate boasts a Starlight Headliner that replicates the constellations over Kuala Lumpur on the day their story began.
