Special LWB 3 Series dubbed the BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine Iconic Edition launched for the India market.

The BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine Iconic Edition will be available in both petrol and diesel variants.

It comes with ‘Iconic Glow Kidney Grille’ that illuminates, which gives the model “a unique radiance”.





German autogiant BMW has introduced a special all-new, limited-edition 3 Series Gran Limousine dubbed the BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine Iconic Edition for the Indian market.

The limited-edition car celebrates the launch of the Indian-spec BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine that was unveiled in 2021. It was designed to offer the “longest, most spacious and comfortable car in its segment and sets a new benchmark in the class,”

Starting this week, the BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine will be available in both petrol and diesel variants at all BMW India dealerships.

The BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine is essentially a long-wheelbase version of the BMW 3 Series that is produced at BMW Group Plant Chennai exclusively for the Indian market.

It slots between the regular 3 Series and the larger 5 Series and with a length of 4,829 mm (190 inches) and a wheelbase of 2,961 mm (116.5 inches), it is 110 mm (4.3 inches) longer than the normal 3 Series. The extra space offers more leg-room for the rear passengers.

The petrol version of the BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine Iconic Edition starts at ₹5,350,000 (N29.3 million) (ex-showroom) while the diesel variant starts at ₹5,490,000 (N30.1 million) (ex-showroom).





On the outside, the BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine Iconic Edition comes with an ‘Iconic Glow Kidney Grille‘, which uses LEDs to illuminate the front end and give the model “a unique radiance”. At the rear, it gets slim three-dimensional L-shaped LED taillights along with two large freeform tailpipes.

Inside, standard equipment includes seats upholstered in Vernasca leather, an extra headrest cushions and a coat hanger at the rear as well as three-zone automatic climate control.

Others features include a Panorama Glass Sunroof, ambient lighting, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 10.25-inch infotainment touchscreen, a Harman Kardon Surround Sound system with 16 speakers, and wireless charging.

There is also an Exclusive Crystal Gear Shift Knob for the automatic gearbox with an illuminated 3 logo similar to the one in the 8 Series flagship.

The 330Li with 2.0-liter four-cylinder petrol engine produces 258 hp and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft), while the 320Ld with the 2.0-liter four-cylinder diesel engine produces 190 hp and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft). Using Launch Control, the Limousine can accelerate from 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 6.2 seconds or in 7.6 seconds respectively.
