Lionel Messi Poses With F1 Race Car, Which Can Go As Fast As The Newly Launched Adidas F50 Boots

Argentine star Lionel Messi poses with Formula 1 car, which can go fast as the relaunched Adidas F50 boots.
Photos of the Argentine star posing with a Formula 1 car is part of a promotional campaign for the relaunched F50 boots.
While Messi isn’t getting behind the wheels of the F1 car, the FIFA World Cup Winner boasts several fast cars.
This includes a rare 1957 Ferrari 335 S Scaglietti Spider, which is the most expensive car in his collection.
Lionel Messi and German athletic apparel and footwear corporation, Adidas, has shared photos of the Argentine star posing with a Formula 1 race car as part of a promotional campaign for the relaunched F50 boots.
On their Instagram pages, Messi and Adidas wrote :
“Encontré el auto con la velocidad que busco. ?”, which translates to “Found the ride that matches my ????. ?”
As seen in the pictures shared, the F1 car-inspired F50 boots is meticulously crafted for speed and performance for a game that demands football players (like Messi) move and react faster than ever.
Sam Handy, SVP of Product and Design at adidas said :
“The F50 is a defining boot for so many across the last two decades, and with 9 years on ice, the time is right to reintroduce its game-defining speed.
“With modern-day football so dominated by tactics, statistics, and often rigid tactical structures – sometimes out-and-out speed is the only way of breaking the game.”
While Messi isn’t getting behind the wheels of the F1 car anytime soon, the FIFA World Cup Winner boasts several fast cars, including a 1957 Ferrari 335 S Scaglietti Spider, the most expensive car in his collection.
The Inter Miami star and eight-time Ballon d’Or winner bought the 1957 Ferrari 335 S Scaglietti Spider at an auction for a whopping $36 Million — beating his rival Cristiano Ronaldo during the auction.
