Liverpool FC’s 20th League Title : A non-Liverpool fan Steve is hoping a “wealthy scouser” will buy his unique ‘20 LFC’ plate for £20,000.

Steve bought the ‘20 LFC’ for his daughter, Lottie Francis Callaghan, though he ended up using it on his Nissan Qashqai.

Following LFC’s victory, he decided to sell it to a Liverpool fan and his is now accepting offers of over £20,000.

A 55 year old man, Steve Callaghan, is hoping a “wealthy scouser” will buy his personalised ‘20 LFC’ number plate after Liverpool Football Club clinched their 20th Premier League Title on April 27th following their 5-1 victory over Tottenham Hotspur at Anfield.

Steve, who is not a Liverpool fan, bought the unique ‘20 LFC’ for his daughter, Lottie Francis Callaghan, though he knew the number plate would have future value for Liverpool supporters.

Following their victory, Steve decided to sell his number plate to a Liverpool fan and his is now accepting offers of over £20,000 for the number plate.

Speaking to Liverpool ECHO shortly before Liverpool’s title victory was confirmed, Steve said :

“My daughter’s name is actually Charlotte Francis Callaghan. We call her Lottie, so it spells out LFC. She didn’t even have a car at the time, so I bought it with that in mind.”

“I know (Liverpool winning the league) is going to be a huge thing, so from my point of view, it’s a good time to sell it. Liverpool last won the title in 2020 and it’ll be their twentieth league title this year, so I thought it would resonate with people.”

Steve said the ‘unique’ number plate has ‘generated a lot of interest’ and now is a great time to sell it. The personalised ‘20 LFC’ number plate is currently fitted to Steve’s Nissan Qashqai, a compact Crossover SUV.
