Moment Tinubu arrived at the airport in an armored Cadillac Escalade SUV ahead of flight to Equatorial Guinea.

Tinubu is on a three-day official visit to honour the invitation of 82 year old President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo.

First seen earlier this year, the presidential armored Cadillac Escalade wears tonnes of armour plating and bulletproof glass.

These features allows the SUV to withstand attacks from powerful weaponry, including improved explosive devices (IEDs).

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Tuesday, August 13th 2024 departed Abuja for Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, on a three-day official visit to honour the invitation of 82 year old President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo.

Moment President Tinubu Arrived For African Counter-Terrorism Summit In An Armored Cadillac Escalade SUV - autojosh

First seen earlier this year, the presidential armored Cadillac Escalade wears tonnes of armour plating and bulletproof glass, which allows the imposing American truck to withstand attacks from powerful weaponry, including improved explosive devices (IEDs).

According to Special Adviser to the President (Media & Publicity), the President was be accompanied on the trip by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Tuggar, and other members of his cabinet.

President Tinubu will meet with the Equatorial Guinean President at the Presidential Villa on arrival, where meetings will be held between the two leaders and agreements, particularly on oil and gas and security, signed.
