Cadillac Reveals Refreshed 2025 Escalade SUV

General Motors’ luxury marque, Cadillac, has given its flagship and iconic Escalade SUV a mid-cycle refresh.
2025 Cadillac Escalade is available in Luxury, Premium Luxury, Sport, Premium Luxury Platinum, Sport Platinum and V-Series.
Refreshed Escalade takes design cues from its electric siblings – namely the Escalade IQ, Celestiq and the Lyriq.
General Motors’ luxury marque, Cadillac, has given its flagship and iconic Escalade SUV a mid-cycle refresh with a more luxurious interior and a restyled exterior inspired by its electric siblings – namely the Escalade IQ, Celestiq and the Lyriq.
The 2025 Cadillac Escalade will be available in six distinct trims – Luxury, Premium Luxury, Sport, Premium Luxury Platinum, Sport Platinum as well as the high-performance model, the V-Series.
On the outside, Cadillac’s iconic SUV now boasts a bolder front-end details inspired by the design of the Celestiq and Lyriq. This includes a standard illuminated front crest while the V-Series and Premium Luxury Platinum trims gets illuminated grille surround.
In addition, the 2025 Escalade now incorporates advanced lighting technology inherited from Escalade IQ. The Escalade is now available with three new exterior colors: Aegean Stone, Deep Sea Metallic and Latte Metallic, while a new for the flagship SUV are available 24-inch wheels, the largest ever offered on an Escalade.
Inside, the new Escalade IQ’s inspired interior has a curved pillar-to-pillar 55-inch diagonal display, that stretches across the dashboard for an immersive and personalized infotainment experience.

A full-color Head-Up Display is standard for Premium Luxury, Sport, Premium Luxury Platinum, Sport Platinum and V-Series Trims. Seating is also available for up to eight passengers, with a power folding third row which folds flat for more storage.
There’s also an Executive Second Row package that adds 12.6-inch-diagonal personal screens, dual wireless phone charging pads, massaging seats and headrest speakers, stowable tray tables and a rear command center.
“The Escalade has always been about bold American craftsmanship, technology and performance, and has continuously raised the standard of full-size SUV luxury since it was introduced 25 years ago,” said John Roth, vice president, Global Cadillac.
“The Escalade franchise has defined Cadillac for five generations. As the best-selling luxury full-size SUV in North America since 2014, and with more than 1 million units sold globally, the expansion of the portfolio to include a refreshed Escalade and the all-new all-electric ESCALADE IQ later this year positions the brand well to offer an Escalade that meets the needs of all customers.”
Powering the 2025 Escalade is the familiar 6.2-liter V8 engine, which to churns out 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque. The high-performance Escalade-V uses a supercharged V8, which puts out 682 horsepower and 653 lb-ft of torque.
Cadillac will start the production of the 2025 Escalade in late 2024 at GM’s Arlington Assembly plant in Texas – its exclusive assembly site for the gas-powered Cadillac Escalade, Escalade ESV and Escalade-V.
