Portable’s mechanic ‘Bebex’ apologies to singer over “sell your wrecked G-Wagon as scrap” comment.

Says he wasn’t aware the damaged SUV was Portable’s, adding that he never authorized the posting on the video.

Eddy Ebube, a mechanic who suggested the scrapping of a wrecked Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon SUV belonging music star Portable has apologized to the singer for his comments.

Why analyzing the extensive damages done to the wreck SUV that was brought to his workshop at Ladipo in Lagos, Ebube said the SUV was a write off as a lot of money will be needed to bring the vehicle back on the road.

After the video went viral, Singer Portable reportedly arrested the mechanic for filming and posting his wrecked Brabus-badged G-Wagon SUV online without his permission.

According to Ebube, whose workshop specializes in bringing back accidented Mercedes vehicles back to life, he wasn’t aware the badly damaged SUV was Portable’s, adding that he never authorized the posting on the video online.

While apologizing in a video posted to his Workshop Instagram page, the mechanic said :

“I made a video yesterday about a Gwagon brought to us for repairs. I gave an honest opinion about it. It later came to my knowledge that the vehicle belongs to our own Portable.

“I am a big fan of Zazu and I love his music. I sincerely apologize to him if the video and my opinion upset him in any way. It was never intended at all.

“I have also come across other video made where his name was mentioned. I never authorised it. Once again, I’m sorry. One love, Zazu.?❤️❤️❤️???”
