The tyre is one of the most important and most delicate component of a vehicle. It is the only part that makes contact with the roads we drive on. Its relevance has been taken for granted by many of us as we buy expired, used or fake tyres. Therefore, risking our lives as well as the lives of our loved ones, other road users and the entire humanity (increased vehicle emission and global warming).
Furthermore, several drivers are not aware of the amount of air pressure to be maintained in their vehicle tyres and vulcanizers recommend 50 PSI when asked. However, vehicle and tyre manufacturers have provided us with the answer to this question. The recommended tyre pressure is stated in each vehicle user manual.
