The world’s wealthiest person worth $171b told listeners during a recent two-hour Q&A audio chat on Twitter Spaces.
In addition to open-car parades, Musk will want to avoid convertible cars designed to allow an open-air driving experience.
These days, he is usually seen cruising around in Tesla Model S, an all-electric sedan that likely wears an armored plantings.
Billionaire Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Twitter, SpaceX and Tesla, Elon Musk, says he will avoid any open-air car parades as the world’s wealthiest person fears an assassination attempt.
In a two-hour Q&A audio chat on Twitter Spaces, Musk told listeners he “definitely” would not “be doing any open-air car parades, let me put it that way.”
“Frankly the risk of something bad happening to me, or even literally being shot, is quite significant. It’s not that hard to kill somebody if you wanted to, so hopefully they don’t, and fate smiles upon the situation with me and it does not happen … There’s definitely some risk there”, Musk said.
