Watch : Saudi Royal Guard On Horses Escorts Chinese President Xi’s Car To The King’s Palace
Chinese President Xi Jinping arrive in style as Saudi Royal Guard on horses escorts his bulletproof Hongqi N701 to King’s Palace.
The customized four-door armoured Hongqi N701 official state car stretches well over six meters (19 feet).
During his visit, China and Saudi Arabia signed 34 energy and investment deals as Xi vowed to strengthen partnership with Riyadh.



Chinese President Xi Jinping met with Saudi Arabia’s King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and the crown prince, Mohammed bin Salman, during his official visit to the oil-rich kingdom on Thursday December 8th, 2022.
Xi’s trip, his first visit to the kingdom since 2016, was also an opportunity to show off his new, Chinese-made presidential limousine codenamed Hongqi N701.

Xi’s bulletproof Hongqi N701 was escorted to the king’s palace by members of the Saudi Royal Guard riding Arabian horses and carrying Chinese and Saudi flags. The four-door Hongqi N701 official state car stretches well over six meters (19 feet) long.
The Chinese leader was received by Prince Mohammed bin Salman at the al-Yamamah Palace, before the pair sat down for talks, followed by a meeting between Xi and King Salman.



The reception came after China and Saudi Arabia signed 34 energy and investment deals as Xi vowed to strengthen the comprehensive strategic partnership with Riyadh.
The total value of the 34 deals was not revealed, but it was reported earlier that the two countries had aimed to sign 20 preliminary agreements worth US$29.26 billion.
