Electric 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ Revealed, Starts At $130k, Gets 450-mile Range

General Motors luxury brand has revealed the 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ, a full-size electric luxury SUV that redefines the ultra-luxury SUV experience with a zero tailpipe emissions, 450 miles of range and Super Cruise driver assistance technology.
The 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ is the first full-size SUV from Cadillac built on GM’s innovative. It uses a 24-module Ultium battery, which allows an impressive Cadillac-estimated 450 miles (724+ km) of range per full charge.
A flexible, high-voltage architecture that enables 800-volt DC fast charging will provide up to 100 miles of range in 10 minutes of charge time.
On the outside, the Escalade IQ rides on a 24-inch wheels with 35-inch tyres. An Adaptive Air Ride Suspension system enables the vehicle to be lowered up to 2 inches (50 mm) and raised 1 inch (25 mm).
Additional features such as the standard Four-Wheel Steer, available Low Ride Mode and Cadillac Arrival Mode – that allows it to move diagonally – enhances the capability and presence of the Cadillac Escalade IQ.
Inside, the highlight of the cabin is a curved pillar-to-pillar 55-inch total diagonal LED display, and an Executive second-row seating package with two captain’s chairs, two 12.6-inch screens, a rear command center screen, retractable tray tables and wireless phone charging.
“ESCALADE IQ raises the standard just as the original Escalade redefined luxury a quarter-century ago,” said John Roth, vice president, Global Cadillac.
“This reimagining of an icon marks the next step in Cadillac’s all-electric future.”
The SUVs powerful electric propulsion configuration — consisting of the battery pack, power electronics and a two-motor eAWD system — offers up to 750 horsepower and 785 lb-ft of torque.
The high-riding all-electric Escalade SUV will reach 0-60 mph (0-100km) in less than 5 second from rest and tow up to 8,000 pounds (3,628 kg), according to Cadillac estimate.
All-new Escalade IQ comes with Super Cruise as a standard, allowing drivers to travel hands-free on more than 400,000 miles of compatible roads in the U.S. and Canada.
The Cadillac Escalade IQ will start at $130,000, making the all-electric variant to be pricier than the regular ICE-powered Escalade but more affordable than the high-performance Escalade-V which starts at $149,990.
