The 500th Bugatti Chiron : Meet The All-new ‘L’Ultime’, The Final Chiron Masterpiece
Meet the all-new ‘L’Ultime’, the 500th and the final example of the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport masterpiece.
‘L’Ultime’ marks the end of a breathtaking hypercar that made its global debut in Geneva eight years.
Chiron, the Veyron replacement arrived in 2016 as the most powerful, fastest and luxurious car in the world.
During its production years, the Chiron become the first 1,500 PS roadgoing car as well as the first production car to surpass 300 mph.
The final example of the Bugatti Chiron dubbed the ‘L’Ultime’ has now been hand-assembled by the craftspeople in Molsheim, marking the end of a breathtaking hypercar that made its global debut in Geneva eight years.
Created by the Bugatti Sur Mesure team, this unique Chiron Super Sport is finished in a mix of Atlantic Blue and French Racing Blue designed to create a mesmerizing interplay of fading colors.
Other distinct features on the very last Chiron includes an hand-written number ‘500’ on the wheel caps, rear wing, a number that is also engraved onto the engine cover housing the magnificent Bugatti W16 powertrain.
“This very special Super Sport – the final masterpiece in the era-defining Chiron family – embodies those values, sublimely connecting such incomparable core attributes with ease and purpose,” says Christophe Piochon, President Of Bugatti Automobiles.
“This 500th and final Chiron model is a fitting farewell that captures a defining legacy that will forever be etched in automotive history and paves the way to a bright new chapter, starting with the production of the Bolide and the W16 Mistral and continuing with the unveiling of our new model in June.”
Like the first-ever Chiron, the all-new Super Sport ‘L’Ultime’, the 500th and the final example of the Chiron is powered by Bugatti’s quad-turbocharged 8.0-liter W-16 engine that debuted in the Veyron.
