Andrew Tate’s Lawyers Claim His Famous Bugatti And Aston Martin Are Rented

Amid ongoing UK charges against Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan, Tate’s legal team has revealed in court filings that his Bugattis, including a Chiron Pur Sport, and Aston Martin supercars were rented rather than personally owned.
The admission contrasts with years of social media boasting where he famously weaponized his $5 million Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport in a custom “Badman Copper” finish during online arguments with his catchphrase, “What color is your Bugatti?”

While some critics mock the revelation—claiming it exposes a fake lifestyle portrayed online—Tate’s legal strategists hint at a calculated move to prevent governments from permanently seizing his personal wealth, including his prized Bugatti Chiron.

The 39-year-old, four-time world kickboxing champion previously claimed on podcasts that he intentionally avoids keeping assets in his own name to shield them from government seizure.
It will be recalled that after his December 2022 arrest in Romania on charges of human trafficking and rape, the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) seized 15 of his luxury vehicles to secure potential compensation for victims.

Following a bitter, year-long battle in the Bucharest Court of Appeal to reclaim his assets, a Romanian court finally ordered the return of his fleet after his team argued the vehicles were corporate leases or rentals, allowing the Bugatti to later be spotted roaming Dubai.
Some of the cars taken from his property during the January 2023 raid included a Rolls-Royce Wraith Black Badge, an Aston Martin Vanquish S Ultimate, a BMW X6 M, a Porsche Carrera 4S 911 992, a Ferrari 812 Superfast, a Lamborghini Huracan, and a Mercedes GLS.
