Range Rover, Range Rover Sport And Defender Models Accounted For 70% Of JLR’s Sales In Q3 FY25
Range Rover, Range Rover Sport and Defender models accounted for 70% of JLR’s sales in Q3 FY25 (1 Oct- 31 Dec 2024).
JLR sold 104,427 vehicles in the third quarter of FY25 (3 percent up vs Q3 FY24 and 20 percent up vs Q2 FY25).
Global wholesales for the Jaguar brand in Q3 FY25 were 5,604 vehicles, while Land Rover land wholesales were 98,823 vehicles.
Retail sales for the financial year (which starts in April 2024) to date were 320,622, up 1% compared to the prior year.
Demand for flagship Range Rover ultra-luxury SUV in Q3 FY25 strong with wholesale volumes up 48% versus Q2 FY25.

JLR, formerly known as Jaguar Land Rover, has announced it sold 104,427 vehicles in the third quarter of FY25 (1 Oct- 31 Dec 2024), which is 3% up compared to Q3 FY24 and 20% up compared to the prior quarter that ended on 30 September 2024 (Q2 FY25).
Global wholesales for the Jaguar brand in the in the third quarter were 5,604 vehicles, while Land Rover brand wholesales for the quarter were 98,823 vehicles.

Retail sales in Q3 FY25 were 106,334 units (down 3%) while retail sales for the financial year (which starts in April 2024) to date were 320,622, up 1% compared to the prior year.
The overall mix of the British luxury marque’s most profitable flagship Range Rover, Range Rover Sport and Defender models up 70 percent of total wholesale volumes in the Q3 FY25.

Compared to Q3 FY24, wholesale volumes for JLR’s three best‑selling models for Q3 FY25 were up 22 percent for Range Rover, up 17 percent for Range Rover Sport, and up 13 percent for Defender.
In the quarter, demand for Range Rover ultra-luxury SUV was particularly strong with wholesale volumes up 48% compared to the prior quarter that ended on 30 September 2024 (Q2 FY25).
