Cadillac Set To Make A Comeback In The European Market

After several years away from the European market, Cadillac has officially returned with the launch of the all-electric Lyriq. Now, the brand is expanding its lineup with the powerful Vistiq, a luxury electric SUV measuring 5.22 meters. General Motors aims to enhance its presence in Europe with this new model.
Typical Cadillac luxury is evident, featuring leather seats, a five-zone automatic climate control system, a 23-speaker audio system, and a 33-inch screen, along with an optional head-up display. At the same time, the Vistiq is available as a seven-seater or six-seater, featuring four individual seats with armrests in the back. Both versions offer enough space for passengers thanks to a wheelbase of 3.10 meters. Depending on the seating configuration, there is still room for 297 to 889 liters in the trunk.
The electric crossover boasts two motors delivering 615 horsepower (452 kW) and 880 Nm of torque. Weighing 2.9 tons, it accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.7 seconds. With a 91 kWh battery, it offers a range of up to 460 kilometers and consumes 21.8 kWh per 100 kilometers.
Fast charging at 190 kW allows for an additional 159 kilometers in about 15 minutes. The adaptive air suspension enhances comfort, and the rear wheels turn to achieve a turning circle of 12.1 meters, which meets European standards.
The new Vistiq will first be offered in Switzerland, Sweden, Germany, and France, with first deliveries planned for September. But the luxury colossus from the USA costs money. In Germany, Vistiq prices start at 99,640 euros for the well-equipped base Luxury model, while the Premium Luxury trim level costs at least 110,503 euros.
