Lamborghini H1 2026 : Revenue Grows Despite US Tariffs, China’s Competitive Luxury Car Market

Automobili Lamborghini on Wednesday posted a solid financial results for the first half of 2026, including revenues of €1.74 billion, up by 7.4% compared with the same period in 2025, despite the delivery of fewer vehicles between January and June.
During this period, the Sant’Agata Bolognese-based carmaker’s operating profit was €395 million—down from €431 million a year ago—while its operating margin fell to 22.7% from 26.5% in the same period last year.

Between January and June, Lamborghini’s deliveries reached 5,422 vehicles, down 4.6% year-on-year. The Volkswagen brand blamed the negative impact of increased U.S. tariffs, the overall performance of the luxury market in China, and geopolitical tensions—particularly Middle Eastern conflicts involving the U.S., Israel, and Iran.
“In the first half of the year, we achieved solid results despite a macroeconomic environment that remains volatile and challenging. The negative impact of higher US tariffs, introduced in 2025, together with adverse exchange-rate movements, affected performance without compromising the strength of the brand’s positioning among the leading players in the luxury sector,” said Paolo Poma, Lamborghini’s Managing Director and CFO.
Deliveries of Temerario began in Q1 2026, marking the full integration of the Huracan’s successor into the brand’s product line-up, alongside continued strong demand for Revuelto and Urus SE. Lamborghini said order book remains robust, with a waiting time of approximately one year.
“Even amid growing disruption across global markets, Automobili Lamborghini has demonstrated its resilience by recording the highest revenue in its history. This strength stems from a unique business model built on exclusivity and brand value. Our priority is clear, to continue protecting and strengthening the brand’s positioning,” Stephan Winkelmann, Lamborghini Chairman added.
