United States EV Maker, Lucid Motors, begins the first customer car deliveries today, October 30th, 2021.
The delivery of the limited-run Dream Edition comes three weeks after the first Air EVs rolled off the assembly line.
EV automaker Lucid Motors says the first customer deliveries for the Dream Edition, the launch versions of Lucid Air, will begin today, Saturday, October 30th, 2021.
The delivery of the limited-run Dream Edition, which features a 118 kWh battery pack, comes nearly three weeks after the first customer-quality Air EVs rolled off the assembly line.

According to Lucid Motors, it currently has over 13,000 reservations on the Air that it will look to deliver following the 520 planned Dream Editions.
As part of Lucid’s “Dream Delivery Program”, Dream Edition customers will experience the Lucid Rally, hosted by members of the company’s leadership team on a route that showcases the vehicle’s ride, handling, and performance capabilities.

“Creating the Lucid Air has truly been a labor of love, with customer deliveries representing the culmination of years of endeavor from the entire Lucid team,” said Peter Rawlinson, CEO and CTO, Lucid Group.
“So I’m truly excited to hand the keys to our first dear customers and accompany them on an inaugural drive through the iconic California countryside.”
