FCT Police Command Receives 20 Brand New Operational Vehicles Donated By FCT Minister

Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command receives 20 new operational vehicles donated by FCT Minister.
Donations part of 60 operational vehicles donated to 16 security outfits within the Federal Capital Territory.
Ford-branded vehicles donated to the FCT Police Command comes with a 3-years paid servicing schedule.
The Operational vehicles is one of the several measures to ensure that the country is safer before its succession.
The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command on Thursday 27th October 2022 received 20 brand new Operational Vehicles donated by the Honourable Minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Mohammed Musa Bello.
The vehicles was handed over to the FCT Commissioner of Police, CP Babaji Sunday, and the donation was part of 60 operational vehicles donated to 16 security outfits within the Federal Capital Territory.
In his goodwill message just before the vehicles were test-driven and handed over to the Police Command, FCT Minister noted that the Ford-branded vehicles comes with a three years paid servicing schedule.

Bello also revealed that the operational vehicles is one of the several measures by the current administration to ensure that the country is safer before its succession.
In addition, the Minister noted that the Six (6) area councils will be supported with Five Hundred Million Naira (N500,000,000) in the commencement of a better community policing strategy and other security-related gadgets to be controlled by the Central Command and Control Center domiciled in the FCT Police Command.
The Minister also commended the Security operatives for their gallantry and selfless services especially those who have paid the ultimate price in the course of discharging their duty.
Speaking further, the Minister reiterated his confidence in the Security Apparatus and Architecture of the Territory and noted that the newly donated vehicles will enhance optimal security delivery via prompt response and visibility policing.
