Final Dodge Challenger, A 1,000-hp SRT Demon 170, Rolls Off The Assembly Line
Final Dodge Challenger rolls off production line at Stellantis’ Brampton Assembly Plant in Ontario.
The last Dodge Challenger is an 1,025 horsepower SRT Demon 170 painted in Pitch Black.
It is powered by a 6.2l supercharged V8, which allows it to run a 9.39-sec quarter-mile pass on a drag strip.
Discontinuation of the Challenger also marks the end of platform siblings, the Dodge Charger and Chrysler 300.

The final example of the Dodge Challenger has officially rolled off the production line at Stellantis’ Brampton Assembly Plant in Ontario, Canada, concluding the third-generation model’s 15-year run.
Dodge hasn’t released images of the final Challenger SRT Demon 170 yet, but photos of the last car has been posted by LX & Beyond Nationals on Facebook.

The last Challenger is an SRT Demon 170 painted in Pitch Black. It is powered by a 6.2-liter supercharged V8, which produces 1,025 horsepower and allows it to run a 9.39-second quarter-mile pass on a drag strip.

The Challenger is going out with solid sales performances with 35,350 examples sold as of third quarter of 2023, compared to Ford Mustang’s 35,315 units while Chevrolet sold 24,688 Camaro muscle cars.
The discontinuation of the Challenger also marks the end of platform siblings, the Dodge Charger and Chrysler 300, the latter whose final production model is expected to conclude on December 31, 2023 at the Brampton Assembly Plant.

After nearly two decades of producing the Challenger, Charger and the 300, the Brampton plant will be down for two years for retooling to build gas-powered and EV versions of the Jeep Compass.
“This new retool and transition for our plant into the EV future will support our members and their families for generations to come as well,” said Vito Beato, president of Unifor Local 1285.
