Huawei’s 10,000th Maextro S800 Ultra-luxury Sedan Delivered To Jet Li
10,000th Maextro S800 ultra-luxury sedan rolls off the production line, less than 7 months after its market launch.
Milestone Maextro S800 handed over to Chinese-born Singaporean martial artist and film actor, Jet Li.
Maextro is an ultra-luxury electric vehicle (BEV) brand created by Chinese tech giant, Huawei and JAC.
Flagship Maextro S800 is priced between RMB 1 million to RMB 1.5 million (approx. $136,000 and $205,000).
Mercedes-Maybach rival is available in 5-seat and 4-seat version as well as extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) variants.
Pure electric S800 has 702 km (436 miles) electric-only range while the EREV variants gets a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine.


Chinese-born Singaporean martial artist and film actor, Jet Li, has become the owner of the 10,000th Maextro S800 ultra-luxury sedan, which rolled the assembly on December 16th, less than seven months after its market launch.
The milestone flagship vehicle was handed over to the 62 year old kung fu movie superstar during a ceremony hosted by JAC chairman, Xiang Xingchu, and Huawei Automotive Business Unit, Richard Yu.

Maextro is an ultra-luxury electric vehicle (BEV) brand created by Chinese tech giant, Huawei Technologies Co., and Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group (JAC).
Boasting a cutting-edge technology with opulent design, the new flagship Maextro S800 sedan joins the Nio ET9 and Yangwang U7 as the latest challenger to the Mercedes-Maybach EQS in the lucrative Chinese market.


Priced between RMB 1 million to RMB 1.5 million (approx. $136,000 and $205,000), Maextro’s new flagship is available in five-seat and four-seat version as well as extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) variants.
The pure electric S800 boasts a 95 kWh battery pack that delivers up to 702 km (436 miles) electric-only range while the EREV variants gets a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine that is not mechanically connected to the wheels.
