A motorist recently frightened the life out of two officials of Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) as he nearly knocked down the law enforcement agents to evade arrest.

In a trending video circulated on social media, the driver, sensing a possible arrest for a traffic offence, swerved in the direction of the charging traffic agents to scare them away.

Though the motorist wasn’t apprehended, one of the visibly frightened LASTMA officials noted in the short clip that he was able to use the agency’s spike strip to puncture one of the motorist’s car tyres.
