EFCC declares 26-years-old man wanted for allegedly stealing a car belonging to the commission.

Urged anyone with useful information as to his whereabouts to contact the Commission or the nearest police station.

EFCC also announced the arrested 46 suspected internet fraudsters at different locations within Warri, Delta State.

The commission said items recovered from them include 13 exotic cars, laptops and phones.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has declared 26-years-old Ibrahim Mohammed wanted for allegedly stealing a car belonging to the commission.

The EFCC, in a statement on Friday September 13th, said Mohammed is wanted in connection with the theft and illegal possession of the commission’s vehicle.

“The public is hereby notified that Ibrahim Mohammed is wanted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in an alleged case of Stealing and Illegal Possession of Commission’s Vehicle,” the statement reads.

“Anyone with useful information as to his whereabouts should contact the Commission” or the “nearest police station and other Security Agencies.”

Operatives of the Benin Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Sunday, September 8, 2024 arrested 46 suspected internet fraudsters at different locations within Warri, Delta State.





The antigraft agency said they were arrested following credible intelligence on their alleged involvement in internet- related fraud.

Items recovered from them include 13 exotic cars, laptops and phones. The suspects will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.
