Mercedes-Maybach S-Class Now Available At Weststar Nigeria

Weststar Nigeria announces the arrival of Mercedes-Maybach S-Class at authorized Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Nigeria.

Mercedes-Maybach S-Class was unveiled in November 2020 as the pinnacle of the new luxury saloon range.

All-new extra-long Maybach S-Class is designed to compete with Bentley Flying Spur and Rolls-Royce Ghost.

On the outside, it has unique Maybach badges, two-tone paintjob, unique grille and bumpers, as well as bespoke wheels.

Weststar Associates Limited, the Authorized General Distributor of Mercedes-Benz cars in Nigeria, has announced that the 2022 Mercedes-Maybach S-Class is now available at authorized Mercedes-Benz dealerships nationwide.

The all-new extra-long Maybach variant of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class was unveiled in November 2020 as the pinnacle of the new luxury saloon range. It is specially designed to compete with the likes of Bentley Flying Spur and Rolls-Royce Ghost.

At over N200 Million Naira in Nigeria, the new stately Mercedes-Maybach flags sedan is currently the most expensive Mercedes-Benz car in the market.

On the outside, the newest Mercedes-Maybach sets itself apart from the standard Mercedes-Benz S-Class with its unique Maybach badges, two-tone paintjob, unique grille and bumpers, as well as bespoke wheels and a Mercedes-Benz star on the hood.

Compared to the redesigned 2021 Mercedes-Benz S-Class it is based on, the Mercedes-Maybach version has been stretched by 7 inches to offer more space and premium features for rear-seat occupants.

Inside, standard features includes 5 display screens; including a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster; a new 12.8-inch OLED touchscreen and 1,750-watt Burmester audio system.

Executive Rear Seat Plus packages includes two folding tables and two temperature-controlled cupholders. There are also an illuminated stowage compartment with 12V socket, two additional USB ports and two HDMI ports.

Safety features in the Mercedes-Maybach S 580 includes adaptive cruise control; active steering and lane-change assist, lane-keep assist; automatic emergency braking, and active blind-spot warnings.

While the Benz S-Class starts off with an inline-six engine for the S500, the Mercedes-Maybach is available only in an S580 specification (as shown by Weststar) with a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8, making 496 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque.
