Both models form the Maybach lineup, though there are plans to launch Super-Mercedes to battle Rolls-Royce and Bentley.
Nigerian music stars owned both models, with Wizkid boasting of GLS 600 while Davido owns limited-edition of the Maybach S-Class.

The head-turning Mercedes-Maybach S-Class sedan and the Maybach GLS 600 SUV (pictured) are arguably the world’s best-selling ultra-luxury vehicles in the market despite their six-figure starting prices.
Both gas-powered Maybach models are owned by Nigerian music stars, with Wizkid boasting of the GLS 600 while Davido owns limited-edition of the Maybach S-Class dubbed the MercedesMaybach By Virgil Abloh.
The Maybach S-Class and GLS 600 as well as the electric Maybach EQS SUV currently form a formidable lineup from Mercedes-Benz ultra-luxury sub-brand, though there are plans to launch one-offs and limited-editions dubbed Super-Mercedes to battle Rolls-Royce and Bentley.
At $171,000 starting price before optional packages, the gas-powered Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 SUV is the third most affordable car in the Maybach lineup while the Maybach S-Class is the most expensive at $195,000.
While the $179,400 Maybach EQS gets an all-electric powertrain for an eco-friendly drive, the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class sedan and the Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 SUV still get driven by an Internal Combustion Engine.
